Sabina Javdotova

About me

I am a dedicated legal professional with a strong academic foundation and diverse practical experience in both domestic and international legal contexts. I hold two Master of Laws degrees — an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Tashkent State University of Law (2020–2022) and an LL.M. in Commercial Law from The Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law (2024–2025). My formal legal journey began with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Criminal Justice, also from Tashkent State University of Law (2016–2020).

Fluent in Russian and Uzbek at a native or bilingual level, with full professional proficiency in English and elementary proficiency in Japanese, I have the linguistic versatility and cultural adaptability to work effectively with a wide range of clients and stakeholders. These skills enable me to prepare and interpret legal documentation in multiple languages, as well as navigate complex negotiations with accuracy, tact, and cultural sensitivity.

Throughout my academic career, I consistently ranked among the top 50 students in both undergraduate and graduate studies. I am the author of more than a dozen scholarly articles in various areas of law and was honored to be nominated for the prestigious Alisher Navoi State Scholarship in Uzbekistan. I have also been a multiple-time winner of English language olympiads at the school, city, and regional levels.

In my professional practice, I have served as an Assistant Advocate at MY LAWYER Firm of Advocates in Tashkent (2021–2024), where I advised corporate clients on commercial, tax, intellectual property, and migration matters. I drafted and reviewed high-level contracts — including construction and EPC agreements — conducted detailed legal analyses, and represented clients in negotiations. My work in the migration department resulted in a threefold increase in revenues, a reflection of my strategic approach and dedication to client satisfaction.

Earlier in my career, as a Paralegal at Lake City Township LLC (2021), I gained valuable experience in corporate incorporation, M&A transactions, intellectual property matters, and compliance assessments.

My professional philosophy is built on thorough research, strategic thinking, and unwavering advocacy. With two LL.M. degrees, a proven record of academic excellence, and a history of delivering tangible results, I am committed to providing legal solutions that are precise, effective, and driven by the highest standards of integrity.
